On December 4th, C-CBC Manager Siduo Zhang participated in the 2018 Canada-China Green Economy and Service Innovation Forum in Vancouver and presented C-CBC to the attendees.
The Forum has been hosted annually by the Vancouver Economic Commission of Canada and the Chaoyang District Business Council in Beijing, China. This year there are nearly 200 people from the political and business circles of both countries. The Consul General of China in Vancouver, the Minister of Trade and Industry of British Columbia, the Deputy Mayor of Vancouver, the CEO of the Vancouver Economic Commission, and the Executive Chairman of the International Green Economy Association of Chaoyang District delivered speeches. The two sides reviewed the common goals and development achievements of the two countries in green and innovative development, and hoped that the two countries will promote pragmatic cooperation and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results. After the meeting, it was decided to jointly establish a green economic collaboration institution and mechanism for green technology transnational incubation, multi-level investment, industrialization cooperation and application promotion. It will be used to continuously promote collaborations between scientific research institutions and enterprises in China and Canada.
