Wuhan University of Technology visited C-CBC

On Sep 25th, a delegation from Wuhan University of Technology (WUT) in China visited C-CBC at UBC. The delegation is led by the Vice President Dr. Wen Chen along with several Deans and staff members. C-CBC members at UBC introduced C-CBC and the UBC Faculty of Applied Science to the delegation and learned about WUT's key research areas. WUT is interested in collaborations on Joint Degree programs and scholar and student exchanges. Faculty members from the two universities had a productive meeting to exchange ideas and made tentative plans. The group will keep in touch for potential collaborations.
